Current and Future Projects
Pastor’s House
This project exists to provide Launch Uganda students with consistent access to mature, godly believers who can model Christ-centered lives in community. While LU programs are thriving under young leaders, students lack daily exposure to older Christians who can walk with them through questions of faith, family, marriage, and leadership in the Ugandan context. Many have never seen a godly family or healthy marriage lived out, making biblical teaching feel distant and abstract. This project bridges that gap by creating opportunities for relational discipleship that complements strong programs and faithful leadership.

Team House
One of the most valuable assets in a ministry is people. Having a place to stay is a real challenge where are located. By having people come and stay it gives them an opportunity to know the students and be witness the vision of Launch Uganda and be captured by the heart of our students. this proposed team house will sleep 8-10 people.

Past Projects
Fence and well
Shortly after purchasing land we needed to build a fence around the 4.5 acre piece of property. We also drilled a well so that we had a water source for drinking, bathing and agriculture
Boys and Girls Dorm & Latrines
The boys’ and girls’ dormitories were completed and occupied in January 2025. The boys’ dormitory houses 40 students, and the girls’ dormitory houses 20. Both dorms are equipped with running water for showers and latrines.
Classroom, Computer Lab, office and manager’s quarters
The classroom was completed in June 2025 and comfortably accommodates 50 students. It is used daily for quiet time, Scripture memorization, book studies, Old and New Testament survey classes, meetings, and occasional movie nights.
An attached computer lab provides students with typing instruction, internet access for research and online learning. The building also includes a ministry office and on-site living quarters for the program manager.
Kitchen, Bio Gas, Bio remediation system, Rain Catchment
A kitchen has been installed that can serve up to 40 people. It is equipped with LPG and connected to our biogas system, which processes human waste and cow dung to harvest methane and supplement cooking fuel. We have also installed a bioremediation system connected to the boys’ showers, as well as the kitchen and laundry areas, to treat wastewater and recapture it for irrigation. Lastly, rainwater from the boys’ dormitory and classroom buildings is fully captured and stored in a pond, where it can be used for irrigation during the dry season.
Missionary Apartment
God also provided a missionary apartment. This was built with the idea that when the founders were there they would be able to be close to the students and continue to deepen their relationship with the students.
